engineers, home

former City official: Zoran Windrich,
the president of the
company.
Zoran
Windrich
is a former
Los Angeles City Code Enforcement Inspector
and Rehabilitation Construction Specialist,
with more than 19 years experience in architecture,
construction, building codes, regulations and inspections
