Zoran Windrich is a licensed general building contractor, graduated in the Southern California Institute of Architecture and President and Founder of Windrich Group, Inc.

He is also a former Los Angeles City Code Enforcement Inspector and Rehabilitation Construction Specialist, with more than 19 years experience in:

• Building systems and technology.

• California Civil Code Section 1941.1 and Uniform Housing     Code (State and City safety and code requirements).

• Mold inspection.

• Crisis management and conflict resolution.

• Commercial/Residential construction and building     rehabilitation.

• Multi-family development and project cost analysis.

• Expert witness testimony.

Zoran’s knowledge and extensive experience has solidified within him a commitment to helping property owners protect and maximize their property investments.

In 1997 he established the Windrich Group, Inc. – a unique service organization dedicated to assisting owners in solving technical and legal building problems. It also provides building consultation to the legal industry in expert testimony, analysis and recommendations.


Professional Qualifications:


• Nineteen years experience in construction estimating,    construction management, budgeting and quality control.

• Multi-disciplinary experience in tenant improvement,    commercial, retail and residential construction and    rehabilitation.

• Experience in multifamily development, project cost    analysis, building construction management and    estimating.

• Trained City of Los Angeles Code Enforcement Inspector.

• Familiar with laws in the California Civil Code Section    1941.1 and the Uniform Housing Code since January 17,    1994 Northridge Earthquake. He inspected over 400    dwellings.

• Crisis management, conflict resolution training with City of     Los Angeles with nineteen-years practical experience in     the private sector.

• City of Los Angeles Water Conservation Retrofitter Lic.    #242.
